Hotel Policies

Check-In Time: After 3:00PM
Check-Out Time: Before 11:00AM

Check-In Requirements: Picture ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel or make any changes on your reservation, please contact us 72 hours prior to your arrival date. In the event you contact us on or after the time above mentioned, a charge for the first night will be processed and your reservation will be canceled.

Guarantee Policy: A credit card number is required to "guarantee" your reservation. 

Early Check-in Fee: If your room is available between the hours of 7:00AM and 12:00PM on the day of your arrival, you may have an early check-in for $25 (standard rooms) or $40 (suites). Otherwise we will be happy to hold your luggage at no charge until check-in time (3:00PM). Early check-in requests are not guaranteed.

Late Check-Out Fee: Late check out requests are not guaranteed and may have a fee depending on the desired time. Ask our front desk agents for information.

Pet Fee: $25 per day, per pet to a maximum of two pets

Parking
We'd like to inform you that the hotel does not have parking facilities and the streets adjacent to our property have very strict parking rules. However, there are several hourly or daily rate parking lots, walking distance from the hotel. Refer to our Local Guide for specifics.

Decanter Hotel is a Non-Smoking property. Pursuant to Local Law No. 40 of August 3, 1993. Smoking is not allowed on-property, including in guest rooms, balconies and/or hallways. Please be advised that an additional fee of $250.00 for deep-cleaning will be posted to your account in the event of failure to comply with the law. Hotel offers assigned smoking areas.

Special Requests: Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. However, we are unable to guarantee these requests as circumstances beyond our control may prohibit fulfillment.
